Read Motivational Quotes Daily

Read motivational quotes daily by Yahaya Baruwa

Sometimes it takes great effort to stay motivated and do the things that you need to do everyday to reach your goal(s).

Reading motivational quotes that have been captured from the voices of successful men and women, is another great way to stay motivated as you work to realize your goal(s) in life.

They are an effective source of encouragement to keep on going when you feel discouraged.

And like the saying goes, Tell me where I am going to die so that I don't go there; motivational quotes also contain wisdom that have come from the many failures and successes of the men and women who have spoken them.

Hence this allows you to gain an insight into their hearts and minds and the ways in which they view their difficulties, giving you the ability to relate to every word.

And in doing so, you become inspired by them because they demonstrate just how human these people are and that you are not alone in your struggles. This inspires hope and the belief that, like them, you too will reach your goal(s) despite your current challenges.

Here is an example of the power of motivational quotes from my own journey as an entrepreneur and novelist.

Having spent three years at the start of my career selling my inspirational book, Struggles of a Dreamer: The battle between a dream and tradition, door-to-door in Toronto, Ontario and knocking on more than 27,000 doors, I have had many difficult days.

As you can imagine, this form of marketing can be very discouraging at the start, especially if you are afraid of rejection or judgement.

I successfully rose above my difficulty by (among other things) repeating certain motivational quotes to myself as I went from door to door. I was able to keep going by declaring, out loud and over and over again, Quitters never win and winners never quit

I did not quit.

I kept on keeping on and eventually became very good at selling my book door-to-door. I went from selling 2-3 copies of my book to selling well over 25-30 copies every day I went door-to-door.

It wasn't long before I outgrew this book marketing strategy and became very successful selling my books in-stores.

To-date, I have been fortunate to have sold more than 47,000 copies and have made almost $1,000,000 in book sales revenue offline.

In conclusion, I want to remind you that making a dream a reality is perhaps one of the most difficulties things to accomplish. Reading motivational quotes from successful individuals is not only a great way to stay motivated in the process, it is also a subtle reminder that you too will reach your goals in due time.

So, just keep on going.
